I texted him for a clogged kitchen sink. He responded immediately and said he’d be here at 2:00. He arrived exactly at 2:00 and unclogged the sink with his snake in 20 minutes. An unusually reliable contractor. I highly recommend him.

Our entire house was backed up and there was sewage in the basement!! Once again, John at Victor Rooter did not disappoint! He returned our called within 5 minutes and was on scene 20 minutes later and saved the day! We first called Victor Rooter when we moved to area 16 years ago and had a back up. He was highly recommended by our septic guy and some plumbers who we called at first. Been using him ever since, wouldn't call anyone else. John is extremely experienced, trustworthy, and his prices are fair. If you have an issue, call this guy. He knows his stuff!!

Experienced, capable, and very reasonably priced - Was referred by my septic company to troubleshoot and repair a septic blockage on a house I had just purchased that was backing up. He coordinated with the septic company so that when he arrived, he already understood the layout of my septic system. He was able to diagnose a junction box blockage, dig it up, clear it, and install a riser on it so future blockages can be cleaned without digging. He owns his own excavator which made scheduling my repair very quick. The repair bill was incredibly low for the amount of work he did.Services: Sewer cleaning
