The company was very responsive. I called on a Monday and he was there on Wednesday. He said he would arrive for 9 am and he was at the house at 8:45. In my book, if you are not 15 minutes early you're late. He explained what he would do and he got to work. His price is very reasonable. Needless to say, I would recommend this company.
