The customer service is excellent. When you pull up, somebody always comes to greet you at the pump and will fill up your tank for you. They’re always very kind and helpful. It’s a great place to stop before heading up to Storrs or Willimantic.
Dave and his apprentice in training came over to look at some work being completed in my home. He is not only a business man full of years of experience, but very personable and I was in awe of how he taught his apprentice while he guided me through different areas of my 1840’s house electrical situation. He was knowledgeable in his expertise, but also of the laws and permits that go along with this work. He took time to make sure I understood aspects of my homes electric system. He was respectful, timely and very fair priced.
Ron installed our HVAC system in a new home build in 2021. Hes an intelligent, accurate specialist who seeks to get it right for you. My builder, ******** ****** *** *** ** ********* (also very fortunate there), uses Marlborough Heating/Ron Cropley's company all the time for his builds. Id highly recommend Ron. Im not a friend or family mbr either..i simply like to help others make good choices & hope the same for reviewers i depend on.

The team at Coty Pool was very responsive from the start with Justin coming out soon after we called for a quote to replace our pool liner. He took measurements, discussed options, and left us with samples to review. The quote was good and we appreciated reading other positive reviews, so we went forward with the project. The team ordered the liner and set a tentative install date … all of which happened within 2 weeks. Mason and Ed arrived to install the liner and coordinated water delivery. These guys were professional, worked quickly, and answered all our questions. Best of all, the liner is beautiful and we are very happy with the process and the product. Shout out to everyone at Coty Pool, I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this compassionate clinic. I have four dogs and three cats. The staff demonstrated exceptional sensitivity when I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize my nearly 16-year-old pet, Cashmere. They meticulously attend to the needs of my 3-pound Yorkie, including dental care. Additionally, they provided excellent assistance when my 16-year-old cat, Paris, experienced facial swelling. After contacting approximately three to four other veterinary practices in the area, I consistently found this clinic to offer the most competitive pricing and a genuine commitment to pet welfare. I believe that providing care for our beloved four-legged companions should not be prohibitively expensive. I will be transferring all of my other animals to this clinic. Thank you for the excellent care you provide to my pets.
My bunny was sick, they fit us in quickly, as our own vet couldn't so this was our 1st visit. The staff & Dr were wonderful, couldn't ask for better & highly recommend!
There are few companies around that are truly 24 hrs... This is one of them. On one of the coldest nights of the year I had a problem, he was there within 90 minutes. He was able to diagnose the issue and supply space heaters to get us through until morning (which was when he could get the part needed to fix the issue).Simply put, it's the old time service you'd expect from a local friendly neighborhood technician who cares about his neighbors.
Keith and his crew did a good job on replacing my septic system. The circumstances leading up to me needing a new leaching field were not ideal but Keith worked with me and definitely gave a fair price. It's been almost a year now and everything's been working great. Definitely recommended, thanks for your help Keith.
