I'm in year 11 with Joey as my trainer and can't say enough about the positive experience I've had along the way! Each class is filled with stretching and strength training with a varied routine at every class. Add in the fact that she is training 8 people at the same time, while paying attention to their different needs. A simple correction here and there makes the difference in obtaining the best workout possible. Joey practices what she preaches with respect to the workouts; she tests them out on herself first and is able to guide along each of us. An added benefit is the "connection" piece. I attend the Strength and Stretch classes. Mormon is an amazing fitness instructor. She makes every session different, challenging, and fun. Joey is attuned to each of her students and personalizes exercises as needed based on that person's abilities. I highly recommend Fitness Connection.
