Griswold came out immediately for my sump pump emergency. They replaced sump pump and free of charge, they attached a hose to my dehumidifier so that it would drain into my sump pump, eliminating the need for me to manually drain the dehumidifier.
Today on 11/2/2018 Griswold plumbing did what Roto Rooter couldn't. I had a toilet backing up over flowing and no matter how much Roto Rooter snaked they failed to get it. Griswold dug the ground and cut the pipe open and snaked it from outside and hydro flushed it clearing the pipe and clog. Well I'm impressed. They did what Roto Rooter couldn't. Today on August 27th my electric hot water heater died . My wife is dying from pancreatic cancer and I needed a new one quick. Tim's plumber came out fast and replaced it fast. Thanks Tim.
