The doctors take the time to listen to pet owners' concerns and explain everything thoroughly. The staff, including some standout team members, are nice and helpful. Wait times can be 45 minutes, but some staff are accommodating, like Kristen, who went above and beyond to assist. The clinic shows care and compassion for pets, with some owners even willing to drive long distances for their services. While it may be a bit pricey, many clients find it worth the extra cost for the quality care their pets receive.
This vet went above and beyond for my cat Axel in an emergency situation! Without them he wouldn’t have made it! I am so thankful for their compassion and kindness! They treated us with such love! 10/10 recommend!
Dr. Hassey is one of the BEST! She has been seeing our pups for years and trust everything she has said and done for us. I've never had a bad experience with anyone here. Always kind and polite. People need to realize you are given the same energy you give off. They don't want to see your pets suffer either and almost all cases are different/unique. Dr. Hassey is a God send. They have all shown love to our pets every time we have visited and treat them like their own. We refuse to go anywhere else!!

not being able to be with your pet while they do any procedures is wrong and then I heard him cry out 5 times while a blood draw was happening! Not helping me be comfortable. And the cost is expensive!
