He came very close to his original estimates for cost and timing. He and his crew were fastidious, noticing every possible flaw and coming up with creative solutions to the ridiculous problems our 100 year-old house threw at him.
Payments were easy; billing is clear; it was a delight to see him from day to day; and most importantly, our kitchen looks so good that I'm still in shock it's ours.
