I had a traumatic experience (years ) as a child with someone who tortured me in the chair and made it so I would fear the dentist . It has made it very difficult to trust anyone in dental . Just setting an appointment gave me immediate anxiety and I thought I was going to have a panic attack . I MUST SAY , I couldn’t have been treated better in this office . They were gentle and respectful of my trauma . Jillian listened to me , was very soft on me and made me feel 100% comfortable. When I showed any discomfort, she asked what I was feeling and noted it . I found the dentist office I was meant to go to here . Everything was explained to me , why and what was being done . Dr.Burnett was fantastic, very soft spoken and gentle - I felt very at ease in her care . Everyone was friendly with great bedside manner and very personable - I did not feel like just another number . I appreciate them making me feel comfortable and less terrible about neglecting my teeth for so long , and am now able to be a regular somewhere to get back on track . I would absolutely recommend this office , especially if you find the dentist isn’t really your thing , for whatever reason .
