Ted is amazing. We had a complex problem with excessive drainage onto and under our driveway and garage following what seemed to be the crushing of a drainage pipe during work with heavy equipment (not by TJB). Several people came out and looked but Ted came on a cold, gray early winter day and not only looked but diagnosed parts of the problem on the spot and even before we hired him, he made a couple of quick fixes that helped a bit. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgable, and generous with his time and information. Our sump pumps are keeping up but they can run for weeks after a heavy rain. Ted spent several hours with me walking our property and checking our basement. During that time, he provided an incredible amount of useful information (be sure to have a notebook ready). I have a much better sense of what's going on and the steps that need to be taken to insure our basement stays as dry as possible. The time spent with him was well worth the money!

Ted knows what he is talking about. Offered us excellent advise for drainage at our house. He doesn't sell you the products he recommends, so you know he's not trying to make money off his recommendations. I highly recommend him!
