Byxbee has been my accounting firm for over 10 years . They were the accountants for my personal, business and kids taxes. I also recommended other family members that still use them to this day. At the end of the year, December 2023 I get an email that they are dropping us because of lack of workforce and consolidation. Not even the courtesy of a phone call or an official letter, and when we tried to call to speak to someone for clarification they were busy in meetings and could not return calls. We have always paid them promptly, and were very low maintenance. Not the way to conduct business, Very unprofessional.!
