We visited them this morning for my Roobi dog's annual check up and everything was calm and smooth as it always is. I love how they treat my pittie mix in every way. She is very anxious and is wildly more comfortable here than our previous vet experience, I almost don't even recognize her compared. I still hear her grumbling and mumbling when they take her to the back for tests, but she SCREAMS at other vets. Bone chilling stuff, but not at Spring Glen. We really appreciate spring Glen vet and they have been my dog cookies vet for a couple of years now. The office explains the pricing transparently and Dr Mags treats my dog with compassion and honesty. They are still our trusted vet despite us moving farther away. I Appreciate how this is a smaller, family run vet.
I had to put my doggy down after a tumor which he had for a long time became more active and his poop became more and more bloody. I had held out for an a long time because I was struggling with this decision amd basically was waiting for him to pass naturally but Dr. Mags treated the situation with compassion, giving me all the options and assuring me that it was my decision whether I decided that day or wanted to wait a little longer. He reassured me that i was well within reason to proceed either way.
