“The BEST place in the area for everything hair. Jackie understands what I want in terms of color and style (better than I do!) and executes it perfectly. She also gives it to you straight - if you don't need a more expensive service, she won't try to up-sell you. She has a great rapport with all her clients, and I always look forward to my hair appointments. That is very unlike me - I've always waited MONTHS between appointments, which leads to my hair (especially the ends) looking unhealthy - but now I look forward to seeing her every 8-10 weeks. They also offer waxing services, which, after a bad experience at a nail salon in the area, I will definitely be upgrading to JH Hair Design! They probably aren't the least expensive in the area, but you get what you pay for, and they are truly top-notch.“

I see her every 2 weeks for my lash extensions (won’t go anywhere else) and I throw in a facial once a quarter.. All the ladies working here are top notch as are the services. Highly recommend. “I have been a client of Laura, Jose, and Melissa for many years! Laura is amazing at dealing with cutting and coloring my long, curly hair and Jose finishes with the best blowouts in the world! They are so good that I was sure to include them in the glam squad for my wedding over 600 miles away. Melissa has done my brows for years and I can't wait to see her again soon! Literally the entire staff at Studio Elle makes you feel at home, the place is clean, beautiful, and more than fairly priced. I highly recommend!“

“I have been going to Massage Envy in Hamden for at three years now and all the therapists I've had are very good. My current massage therapist Yolanda is excellent! She is newer to this location. What I appreciate about her is her passion for her profession, she listens..... she looks for the problem areas and works really hard to address the muscle groups impacted. I highly recommend her! Don't be deceived by her small size when you see her, she's strong!“

“Amazing, experience.Keri's Lash & Skincare is one of the most relaxing, clean, energetic place I've ever had getting a facial at a spa. Keriz's is so intimate. Karen the owner welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. During my facial she explained what she was doing. She gave me a skin analysis where in the past most spas cared not to tell me what areas I had problems with my skin. They just forced products on me. Karen on the other informed me the proper way to clean and care for my skin type. I instantly saw results after my session. I'm definitely going back and highly recommend anyone going to her spa.
