Dr Kaplan's care is beyond none. His knowledge, patience and efficiency is amazing. His office has all of the 'state of the art' equipment. From digital x-rays, digital camera, hi-tech fusing. I have been looking for a dentist for over 6 years that met the aforementioned criteria. I divide my time between North Haven and Sarasota FL. BEST DENTAL EMERGENCY EXPERIENCE EVER!! Dental pain suddenly surfaced and fortunately I remembered a mailer I had received months before. It was from Dr. Ross Kaplan’s practice. It said they handled emergencies and were gentle and caring, with 25+ years of experience. Although I have had my share of dental work over the years, I had put off dental visits for several years because of vertigo discomfort. I explained my predicament to Denise, who was down-to-earth and understanding when I called, and was so kind to get me in asap. When I arrived, Dr. Kaplan briefly spoke to me about waiting so long between dental visits :/, and I told him I just needed him to help me. He said “That’s what we do, we will help you.” I don’t think he knew I almost cried. He was gentle, working quickly, and was very accommodating of the vertigo. And, the pain is gone. The office is small and friendly, with state-of-the-art equipment. I love my first digitally created porcelain crown that fit perfectly. Shanequa, the hygienist, is also gentle and respectful, and Chris at the front desk is always pleasant. During my visits, I’ve seen patients of all ages walk out of the office smiling. If you are looking for a pleasant experience, I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan’s professional and friendly practice. Just saying....
Great experience at Dentist! If you want or need a Dentist or just need a change see Doctor Kaplan. Went today for a root canal I am always nervous Doctor Kaplan was awesome he talked me through it and I felt NO PAIN! Great team he is wonderful. Give him a call today.
