Nolan's Monument Company was professional and easy to work with! We had no idea what our options were and how to go about doing each step but they walked us through everything. They were honest about pricing and timelines which gave us the ability to weigh options. They helped us get the monument our loved ones deserve and it was delivered and installed faster than originally estimated. We hired Hamden Monument to create a tombstone for our infant son. The stone was beautifully crafted according to discussed specifications, & installed beautifully and promptly. When I then called to pay for the services rendered, my money was flatly refused- John was very clear that he would not accept any money from me as compensation. Noone should ever need to acquire a tombstone… When in need of a tombstone, Hamden Monument is the best!
These people are absolutely wonderful. We had a stone completed for my brother-in-law's family. He was dying and so regretted he hadn't completed the names, dates on their family stone. Nolan,s did rubbings and the new lettering matched perfectly. We live 2 hrs away and everything was done via e-mail. I cannot say enough about their kindness, compassion and professionalism.
