I started getting adjustments here in 2010. Dr Patrick Hackett is personable and reliably accurate with his advice.

I went for about 2 years of personal strength training for my spinal injuries with Spencer Hackett before he completed his training to also offer chiropractic care.

A physical career, a car accident, and jobsite injury had me at home on workman's comp for 8 months. While today I'm rock climbing, hiking distant places, and loving life. Years of dedicated efforts and I can't thank them enough.

My Modern Health and Wellness journey began thanks to the recommendation of my dear friend Sheila. After many years of back and neck pain, seeing multi doctors and physical therapists with little to no relief, I have finally found my people.
Dr. Pat Hackett developed a course of Chiropractic care which included the two of us. He worked his magic with educating me about my condition, and using gentle joint manipulation and mild adjustments. I followed his instructions for self-care. Using ice after therapy, walking and seating less then I was. Also recognizing some of my pain was job related. Been dealing with the same back problems since young, and have been helped with regimen that was guided by Dr. Spencer, who is an amazing person and helper. 10/10 would and will always reccomend.
