I have a 2 story carriage house 3 car garage that slipped off its foundation in one corner and was sinking in the ground. Litchfield did such an amazing job. Kevin knew exactly how these old carriage houses were constructed at the turn of the last century and what their plan was to fix it. I can't recommend them enough. They are the real deal.

Litchfield Builders are the best team!!!. They are currently working on an addition for me in Connecticut adding bedrooms and baths. When it is done I will post the before and after pictures! THE BEST! Grateful to my brother and sister in law for recommending Litchfield Builders(their kitchen etc came out fantastic!).
