Tony is very thorough and to the point with roofing needs. We own a building in Monroe, CT with a very old roof. Tony came out and provided a quote, I wanted to do another layer on the roof but Tony explained that the different layer hold water and even on a dry day water would still get in. It was best to rip off the old layers and install a new layer of roofing. Thank you once again for the help
After bringing four roofers on site to assess the condition of our roof (~40k sq ft) , we chose to go with Tony at Kings Roofing for a variety of reasons and are very pleased we did. Tony very quickly assessed the condition of the roof, came up with several potential repair/retrofit solutions, and was very transparent with all options. While others were pushing for full replacement options, Tony understood our situation and came up with a plan that perfectly suited our needs that the others didn't. Pricing and timeline was also competitive. After signing the contract, Tony and the team met the timeline and maintained excellent communication throughout including sending routine updates and pictures. Tony's responsiveness was amazing. In just a couple weeks we were fully dry. It is not a surprise he has many long term clients and has been in business for a longtime. Great way to start the New Year. Thanks Tony!
Kings Roofing is the best! Anthony the owner always calls you back.. Their work is perfect.. Anthony showed up on a Sunday to help me out with a water problem. Recommend highly. His rates are right on the numbers--very fair...does not do unnecessary work to raise the cost! Nice family tooo! Did work at a this large commercial building--so happy
