We are very pleased with High Rock, I’m glad we chose them. Andre and Zach did an excellent job, very professional, very knowledgable, and both were very nice. It was also a pleasure working with Jessica setting up the appointment. Overall a great experience with High Rock, I’d give them 6 stars if I could!
Professional and courteous people, from the owner to the answering service to the two guys who did the installation (garbage disposal). They arrived promptly, right at the start of the two-hour time window that was scheduled. They installed efficiently. They behaved professionally (would have been fine around young kids). They tested the installation for function and leaks. They left the work area neat and clean. All around excellent service.
Andre and Zach did a fabulous job replacing our toilet tank. The install was quick and easy and Jessica at the office kept us informed even with some shipping delays. Overall, would highly recommend!
