I love trying different hair salons to give chances and see which one I would like to come back to. And this isn't it for me personally. I got wash and wanted curls. The other 4 salons I went to before gave me what I wanted and my hair felt so healthy and soft while as for here it looked nice but so much heat was used and topping it off with so much hair spray made me kind of regret it. My hairstylist was very sweet and amazing just didn't care for the technique she used on my hair. I might have to go get my hair redone in two days where usually I wouldn't have to get it redone until week later.Service: Hairstyling

If you are first time customer, you have no idea the level of Expertise /Specialties of the stuff works at Hair Chateau?! Please list your stuff member. Also, what about products? Please let people to be aware of the product you are using. In fact, if you are using safe and healthy product, you may get more customer attracted to your business. Instagram is the Best social media to increase your audience engagement and grow your business however, nothing there either. Thank you in advance, customer's would appreciate this information listed on your website!

I had the best experience at Hair Chateau! I’ve been looking for a hairdresser closer to me (new haven area), because my go-to Korean hair salon was in New Jersey and I couldn’t justify the trip due to covid. One of my clients is Korean and her daughter said she loved Hair Chataeu, so I decided to give it a shot. Having only gone to Korean hair Salons over the years, it was a little scary, but I am IN LOVE. Attached is a reference photo I gave to Marie- I wanted layers and curtain bangs to brighten up my look. She more than delivered, and curled my hair beautifully. The salon is beautiful, clean, and everyone is so kind. This is my new go to place ❤️
