Very clean facility, kind people, got me in an out. The only issue was it was a little pricier than expected, but other than that it was a nice visit and I'll have some fresh, new glasses soon!
My experience with the doctor and the store associates was excellent. I would have given this a five-star review except for the fact that the doctor who made my prescription specifically termed part of my lenses as medically necessary and instructed the administrative associate to be firm with my insurance about getting that issue covered. When I picked up my glasses, that part of my prescription was not applied to my lenses. I was told that insurance denied that part of the prescription, but the doctor had told me that they would cover it as long as the office had a little back and forth with the insurance provider. The entire experience, from check-in to exam, selection of frames and ordering of glasses continues to be great. The staff is very helpful, and the optometrist is excellent and very thorough; continue to recommend this location!
