I had a roof leak for months in the upstairs bathroom. First contractor said it was my skylight...$1,300 later I still had a leak. Second contractor never got around to actually coming over. Third said "$6,800.00 for a new roof on the back of the house." CL looked...saw the problem with the vent pipe, and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price. Thank you. Only roofer I'll call.
