My experiences here have been variable. It took a few tries to find a stylist I liked. Customer service is ok to good. Please update the webpage for the hours. I arrived at 6:30p for a haircut, noting that the website says they’re open until 7p, only to find a paper print out of “new” hours ended at 6:30p.
I chose this location based on reviews and I was not disappointed. I tried cutting my own hair about a year before coming here. The stylist was kind and honest. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and was gentle when assessing the mess I made. I have waist length wavy thick hair. I came in with damp prewashed hair. She thanked me for brushing it beforehand. The stylist was quick, honest and experienced. She did not cut off more than was necessary. The atmosphere was very relaxed ansu respectful despite being the only client there. It's been about 3 months since I had my cut and it grew out beautifully. I look forward to going back. The quality FAR exceeds the price.
Don’t pay any mind to those negative reviews. I’ve come here for years and have never had a bad experience. Sure the waiting room is a bit small. Put your name down and they will call you. Very friendly and worth every penny.
