My A/C failed during the heatwave on July 2nd ... called R&B in the morning on the 3rd...
The technician called back that he will be at my place in the mid afternoon...he showed up like 9.30pm. Have no issue with that ... the temp was still in the high 90s and I can only imagine how many A/Cs failed in the area and how busy they must've had been.
Once the technician arrived it took him 10-15 minutes to fix my unit.
I truly appreciate the R&B's customer service as well as the technician's professionalism and dedication.

I would give this company 20 stars if I could. Customer service is top notch, and Kevin, the technician, is friendly, professional and efficient. The company responds quickly and is more than fair with their pricing.
