A few years ago I moved my business to JJ Sullivan because of their reputation and I have not been disappointed. They installed a new furnace and the workmanship was outstanding. They respond almost immediately to any inquiry. I am often away from home but I trust them that if I need them to respond they will. Good old New England service from a family business. WAY worth the few extra dollars.
We moved to Guilford 25 years ago and needed an oil company. I chose Sullivan’s because they were family owned, in business for 80 years at the time and Irish. Lol, what can I tell you, it’s the truth ☘️. I’ve never been disappointed by them. Once they started selling propane I became a propane customer too. They’ve installed my furnace, central AC and Mini-Split systems, all working well for many years.
We have always been very happy with our dealings with everyone at JJ Sullivan. J P went above and beyond with the last service call. He came out on a Sunday to replace the thermostat even though we told him it could have waited.
