Love this group. I think it’s important to find the right “fit”. I see a great PA and have for years. He is kind, funny and compassionate. I’ve seen others in the group over 20 years and only had one experience that was mediocre.
This was the first time I've ever been into this office and it was by far the most wonderful experience. It was for simple blood work but both, the receptionist and phlebotomist were extremely kind and efficient. I was back in my car within 10 minutes. Hopefully they see this one day and know they truly made my day.
Been going to this group for about 10 years...give or take. I must say I've never had a bad experience. Just like everywhere else you go you wait a little bit for the dr....but not nearly as long as other offices. Dr Arnold is absolutely amazing!!
