“I will never go to another salon! The nail artists who work at Uponavon are professional, kind and extremely talented. I have had two knee surgeries and knowing this, they always hold my arm to walk. I am in awe of the owner and how she keeps everything moving, fits people in who don't make an appointment, answers the phone and still makes the clients not only feel welcome but treasured. Any small problem that arises she handles with understanding and grace. If you happen to try this salon, I would suggest upgrading your pedicure to a cucumber massage, it is life changing.“

She takes a lot of pride in her place and work. There isn’t a huge selection of gel color but the classics are all I choose so I was happy. She’s very clean and sanitary as well which is huge. I feel it’s not for everyone but it was exactly what I wanted. $40 gel manicure that was completely worth it. She prefers cash so make sure to bring that instead of card. “Love this nail salon! The place is very updated inside and very clean. They do a really high quality job on manicures. The aroma spa pedicure was excellent and well worth it for the price. They also included a quick back massage after each manicure/pedicure service which was an added bonus. Wish they had more color options for dip/powder polish, but they do have an extensive gel and regular polish collection to choose from. Will definitely be going back!“

“My mom and the girls in our family came to this salon to get CUTE nails for the wedding that we were going to. I got acrylics with my older cousin. The little girls got gel manicures. They loved it. I got dark blue French nails with gemstones on my ring fingers. My older cousin her old polish removed and got some of her chipped nails fixed. She also got long classic French tip acrylic nails. Our nails turned out so cute! My mom got a gel pedicure and a foot massage. She really liked the pedicure. My sister got dark blue gel with ghosts on her thumbs. My little cousin got light blue gel nails. They were very nice towards little kids. We all matched our nails to our dress for the wedding. It was such a fun girls day. At the nail salon they had a very cute dog. He was a very friendly brown poodle named Cody. I would highly recommend that you go to this nail salon!“

Had my first Pedicure (Reflexology) and have to say, I'd gladly go back with her again. 40 mins of massaging, hot towels, hot rocks, etc... Owners Grace and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. Did everything possible to make it a relaxing first visit. Highly recommend them to everyone!“

“I’ve been coming here for years. The cleanest nail spa I have found. It is so clean and does not have a chemical smell. The staff is so friendly and they do a fabulous paint job!
They have an atm. Quiet spa music. HGTV on the wall, but sound is muted.
I’ve tried a few other places….and ended up with an infection, dirty spa and bad smells.

“One of my favorite nail places…and I’ve been to a lot of nail salons. I usually go with a basic regular manicure and a lavender deco pedicure… Best value for the money. My nails last about 5-7 days however my pedicure last a month. The shoulder/ neck massage is my favorite part. Definitely by far one of the cleanest nail salons I have been to in Connecticut.“
