My experience comes after 3 attempts of them screwing the lapel on one sport coat and 2 suits. For some reason it is always the right side lapel. The first time was awhile back. Not checking the jacket I was going out one evening and put on the sport coat. Interestingly I found the left side lapel perfectly creased and in place. However the right side label kind of rolled over and had no defined crease. I brought it back and showed them and they sent it out, redid it and all was fine. The second time, the same thing and they redid it and again all was good. This third time I brought the "worn once" suit jacket in for cleaning and the same thing.
