I have been in extreme pain for a week. I tried so many things to relieve the pain (epsom salt baths, jacuzzi, foam roller and balls, you name it). The massage I received here was exactly what I needed to go about my day pain free. I cannot give a higher recommendation. I am so grateful to feel comfortable again. Not to mention, the center was cozy and had a great ambiance. I was so relaxed and drifted off to sleep a couple of times during my massage. I look forward to going back and finding that blissful escape from reality.

I had a bad case of sciatica going back a couple weeks, and, if you’ve ever had sciatica, you’ll know that it’s a debilitating pain that makes your brain foggy. Foggy enough that you don’t know which way to turn for help. Kelley literally showed up at my place of employment like an angel, and said she could help. I just had my appointment today, and, no pun intended, I knew I was in good hands. She’s like Mr. Miyagi, but, way way prettier. The online booking software works perfectly, and, thank God for the reminder, because I can be prone to oversleeping. Like I did today. (Oops) I’m going back for more deep tissue wellness very soon.
