I followed Cathryn to this studio after discovering her previous salon in Newington (almost a decade ago?!?). This new location is fantastic -- close to shopping and restaurants, and always tons of parking available. Having been coming to Cathryn for years, trust me when I say her work is fabulous, always! I see her for a regular wash/cut/style, and leave feeling my best and looking ready for a night out on the town. (Unfortunately, I'm not the "night out on the town" sort, so I instead look fabulous while running errands and hanging out at home... But that's MY shortcoming! Catherine is superb! I moved here from Chicago where I had my choice of excellent hair stylists. It was so difficult to find someone of high-quality in the Hartford area, that I often waited to get my hair cut until my return trips to Chicago! Then I found Catherine. I can honestly say she is one of the very best stylists I've ever gone to. She listens intently and delivers a hairstyle which is somehow exactly what I requested yet better! She is extremely talented as a colorist too. She is very creative, yet operates within the boundaries we discuss in advance. To say I am pleased is a huge understatement! I would recommend Catherine without caveat.

Cathryn is AMAZING!!!! She brought me back to “me” after a different salon botched my color and cut. Cathryn is a hair artist! My blonde has never looked so good. Thank you CZK for saving my hair! Can't wait to come back.
