The entire staff at New London County Septic is outstanding.. however, Carl is the absolutely BEST! His level of knowledge coupled with his amazing customer service is second to none. I would recommend him EVERY DAY!!
I recently had routine septic service completed. I was able to book a time online….communication with the office was excellent. The person who completed the service was friendly and professional. When there was a tiny liquid spill (minuscule) on my driveway while he was putting away hoses, he apologized and got a bucket of water to rinse it thoroughly. If he hadn’t mentioned it, I wouldn’t have noticed it. I will plan to use this company again going forward and would recommend them to anyone in NL county.
Great experience, had clogged 4inch line from house to street, tried clearing with chemicals with no luck, called at 6AM on a snowy morning arrived by 2PM and problem resolved by 3PM even having to dig in frozen ground, great service, great guys and fair price, highly recommend!!
