I’ve been to this location several times over the years. While the in-person interactions have generally been fine, the front desk experience, especially over the phone, has *consistently* made me feel uncomfortable.
During my most recent call, the receptionist spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was bothering her for asking simple questions. This is not the first time I have felt dismissed or talked down to.

Other reviews mention similar issues, which suggests this may be an ongoing problem. If management does not address this, continued visits here will remain unpleasant and I would hesitate to recommend this location. The front desk experience...read full review

The front desk Staff, she started sneering right after she started talking to me. When I asked her Do you have Quest at this location, she made a face and asked her coworker 'Do we have Quest here? as if she didn't know if they have Quest. When she didn't stop sneering, I asked her if anything funny, and she said no and continued Sneering. I felt humiliated and will not go back to this location where they have employees like this

Tried this facility when their one in Avon was overloaded. No wait here - walked right in and was seen by Dr in 10 minutes. very professional, immaculately clean and modern facilities, friendly staff. Highly recommended.
