Fantastic! I haven’t experienced customer service like I received from Francis Blanco in years. Francis went above and beyond not only with offering me great eye glass options but help me solve an insurance billing issue which saved me over $500. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I offered to write a review after my experience at Consulting Optical Shop. I have had the occasion to require many visits to "buy glasses", but this was by far the best experience I've had. This was due to the assistance of Brian, a very knowledgable sales attendant. Never seeming to lose focus of the job at hand, he was determined to provide the best possible feed back in an area he was well-versed. His comments were thoughtful and well articulated. As a visual artist, it was a comfort to have his level of sophisticated feed back, better than a best friend, as least for this task. Thank you Brian!

Brenda Bedard was so professional and knowledgeable. She was very kind and patient listening to my needs. I found a frame I liked but thought it was a little too dark for me, so she ordered one of the same company that was lighter and she thought was better for me, no strings attached. It was perfect and I ended up buying it. I was very impressed with her and will definitely go back in the future.
