Advanced Veterinary Care provides friendly, respectful, and professional service. They accommodate urgent needs and treat pets with kindness and love. The staff is informative, easing anxiety and answering all questions. Though there may be a wait once in a room, the care received is worth it. Pet owners appreciate that they are not judged for using methods like ECollar training and receive helpful information on issues such as separation anxiety, with recommended products to support their pets. The clinic shows great compassion, providing excellent care for both cats and dogs. The team, including the doctor and staff, are sweet, nice, and highly recommended. They are reasonably priced, though some feel that pet care can be expensive and wish costs were more affordable. Overall, the clinic goes the extra mile to help furry friends and their owners, making sure every pet gets the care they need in a warm and understanding environment.
Katie was so caring and affectionate with my Max. She took her time to let him adjust to her and went out of her way to trim his nails too. (Something he won’t let us do at home).
I have no qualms in recommending this clinic to anyone with a fur baby. Their care and dedication to their work is evident. We found a cyst in the back of my cat's throat at 4:30pm. He wasn't in distress (didn't need emergency care), but they were not only able to get him in the next morning, but they were also able to take him in and do the procedure to remove the cyst the same day. He was home and doing well that evening.
I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful this place is. Nova our dog needed care and the staff listened and helped us get her well and feeling better. All the staff is amazing. They really made us comfortable and showed Nova such kindness in her care. If you don’t have someone caring for your dog or cat I can highly recommend them. They provided great service with a heart. <3 That is so rare to find these days. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars!
