We were looking for a home health care aide. Synergy put us in contact with Lynette to help with our Dad. Lynette has a "can do" attitude, where nothing is too hard if it's going to help serve my Dad. She is precise, consistent, and punctual. We value her compassion, respect, integrity, and compassion. Lynette does it all with humor and joy. It is a pleasure to have her as our Dads home health aide.
