All Love. Mom has trouble walking, and the parking, elevator & office was a short walk. Waited 5 minutes for front desk to serve another client. It took one minute to check in and no wait to see first tech. Staff all helped each other. Dr Robbins was thorough, friendly, not pushy and took time to explain everything. She is serious about running a tight ship and navigated our uneasiness about cataract surgery with care. Peter was a gem & helped with our next appointment and final questions. I would highly recommend. Thank you Dr Robbins for being here in Fairfield and serving our community for many years. God bless you and your staff.

Dr. Rao is new to this practice, and I just want to say: she is AMAZING! I saw her in Greenwich this summer after a tennis incident that landed a ball straight into my eye. I was a new patient and was very lucky to find her that day. She took great care of me on 3 different visits over the course of a month. Never a waiting time, always available and answering all my questions. Because I was out of the country for a few weeks during that time period, she even proactively anticipated how to best treat my condition while abroad, and when I returned she remembered all my details and knew exactly what to do next. I wouldn't go to anyone else to care for my husbands sight but through Dr. Robbins eye center. My husband has Multiple Myeloma (cancer of the blood & bone) and the attention to detail they incorporated with the surgery of his cataracts absolutely went above and beyond. I felt safe leaving my husband in their hands.I must also include Peter who actually gave me his personal cell phone number and treated us as though we were family. Dr. Robbins is lucky to have him on her team. I think he should consider putting a mattress in his office...lol because any time I called him (day or night) he was helpful, efficient, caring, and considered my husbands very delicate... read full review
