He was amazing. This was the first part and I was nervous because my last appointment had to be rescheduled. So I didn’t feel too confident but Zadek changed that. He was very patient with me. He explained everything and even educated me on things I didn’t understand. He showed me visuals to better help understand and was very kind. I would highly recommend Zadek. He made me feel very secure in moving forward.
Can’t say enough about New England Smart Energy, especially Ivo, the representative who conducted the efficiency/weatherization inspection on my home. Not only was Ivo extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was very thorough in walking me through the inspection, explaining every task/process in depth, and taking the time to answer my questions. After running a series of tests, he would review/explain the results, as well as the corrective actions that would be taken on a follow up visit. I would strongly recommend Ivo and New England Smart Energy to anyone seeking such services! Thanks Ivo, it was a pleasure meeting you!
If you are going to get an energy audit, make sure they send Zadek to do the audit. He was thorough, careful, and reported his findings in straight forward comprehensible terms. He is the kind of person you want to be doing work for you.
