This is a beautiful salon owned by a highly talented and experienced stylist. This is not a get them in and get them out experience. The salon takes the time to understand your preferences, your lifestyle, your hair dreams. Because let’s face it… the only thing better than a salon appt when you walk out with a great hair cut/color or highlight/blow out are the great hair days ahead when you are doing it on your own in between appointments. This is what Melissa delivers. Reasonable price points and no hard sell of products or services. Fairfield is lucky to have this gem in the center of town. Great experience all around that I highly recommend.
I had such a wonderful experience with Melissa Schiavone at Modern Salon! She did my haircut, color, and a glaze, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Melissa really listened to what I wanted, offered her professional advice, and created a look that feels fresh, modern, and completely customized for me.
The salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, and has such a chic vibe. From start to finish, everything felt professional yet comfortable. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair already, and I can honestly say this was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Melissa and her team at Modern Salon!
