When we purchased a house that was under construction, we hoped the contractor would follow through on the quality and the schedule promised by the developer. LCP exceeded our expectations, delivered on time and on budget, and our home is beautiful! Lucas was accessible, reasonable, respectful, responsive, timely, and great to work with up to the certificate of occupancy and then during the punch list/warranty period. He explained deadlines and means and methods, from start to finish. We’re lucky to have worked with LCP and grateful for our gorgeous, high-quality, custom-built home. Big thanks to Lucas and his terrific team!

Lucas is a reputable contractor that did a complete renovation on our second floor and it is beautiful. He also helps us when we need something done around the house or recommends someone for us. He is honest, fair, on time and his workers are great. You can't ask for anything more. We highly recommend him.
