She is nice and professional. However I'm not giving her a 5 stars because you pay for a 30 min sessions, you usually only get 24minutes. She also doesn't respond to text messages inquiring about appointments.

Karen was great! I had done laser removal before, but not electrolysis. After seeing her, I may not go back to the laser. She destroyed all the hairs the laser had missed. She has been doing this 25 years, and you can tell by how fast and skilled she was. Everything was clean and sterile. There wasn't even redness afterward. The procedure was painless. It felt like a tiny buzzing and tingle. She is located in a small office building, and has a nice little office set up. She was very professional and I felt comfortable with her working on sensitive areas. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back for additional work on other body areas.
