I've been trying to get an appointment for MONTHS. She's replied only once to my texts/calls and then just stopped responding again. It's been so frustrating trying to get an appointment. I'd rather pay a little more to not get ignored.

She is nice and professional. However I'm not giving her a 5 stars because you pay for a 30 min sessions, you usually only get 24minutes. She also doesn't respond to text messages inquiring about appointments.

Purchased a groupon to try her service. Called twice and left voice mails with my name & number. Never heard back from her. Had groupon refund my money as I figured it was a good indication of how future attempts at making appointments would be. Very disappointed. Would give zero stars if I could.
