We visited the iCRYO location in Fairfield, CT, and had an awesome experience! My son did the infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and compression, and he felt like he got some much-needed recovery after several intense days on the ice.
The staff was fantastic both days we went—they walked us through the facility, explained the services in detail, and even stayed and chatted with us during the session, which made the whole experience even more welcoming.
The location was easy to find, super clean, and felt brand new. This was our first time at the Fairfield location, but we’ve been to other iCRYO spots in different states, and this one definitely lived up to the high standard. Highly recommend for anyone looking for recovery or wellness support!

LOVE LOVE LOVE iCRYO. Both my daughter and I go when we can. She does the iCRYO and leg compressions. I do the IV bags and add some extra enhancements.
