Eric, is a very good person to speak with. He is polite and approachable. It's clear that he is there for your best interest and he is willing to listen to your computer needs and how he can be of better service. he helped me with my computer laptop twice as the power button stopped working correctly. I would recommend picking his brains and asking all/any questions you have in advance so he can use his acknowledge to stir you in the right direction. I own a small business and I truly hope to be able to receive his services to manage my home office.
