Terrible experience drop my laptop off took a week to get back to me after numerous calls, i went to pickup was told he wasn't able to fix because hdd was encryted and still charge me $150.00 for a non working laptop

Came here a few months ago. The space bar on my computer was sticking. He popped it off, said it was misaligned, put it back on and then charged me $40! To literally take off the button and put the same button back on all in 30 seconds. And it STILL does not work. It was not fixed at all, he told me that was the best he could do. I am kicking myself that I didn't question his price or try and fight it. I'm a twenty something female that was alone and can't help but feel he just took advantage. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Absolute rip off.
