Dr Fleming kindly squeezed my cat's surgery into her busy schedule same day on a referral from VCA emergency vet. After the surgery, she explained everything to me and her office was available by text if any questions arose.
they are a god send!! really amazing doctors and staff, for an actually affordable rate. our dog has been having worsening undiagnosed or misdiagnosed, severe digestive issues and the Dr here actually figured out what it was based on older lab work from a different vet. they genuinely care here. I recommend them to everyone now. we will gladly drive 45 minutes here instead of seeing a more expensive, lower quality vet closer to home.
The team was incredibly kind at check-in and clearly explained the process, along with all relevant charges and fees. They kept us informed at every step of Mulder and Scully’s care and treated our cats with genuine compassion and professionalism throughout. It was truly a wonderful experience working with this team, and we felt confident our cats were in excellent hands.
