I have been going to Friendly Cleaners for about a month now, they are excellent every single time. Recently I forgot to pickup clothes for same day pickup and left an email if there was a way I could pick them up after closing hours. Kim responded in a timely manner and went out of her way to accommodate my request. Shows dedication to the business and care for her customers!
