To date as my mother is getting rehab services and we are working to transition her to long-term care at the facility, we have had good collaboration with several staff members. Sharon Coffey (social worker), Harry (case manager), and Franky (business office) have been helpful in a difficult time, and have spent time answering any questions we have. We appreciate their support. My mother has also enjoyed the rehab staff, is comfortable at the facility, and is looking forward to moving to long-term status there.

Heart attack rehab. I am SO sorry for some of these people with their reviews! My husband Mike has been here for over 3 months now and I don't think he would have made it this far ANYWHERE ELSE! He suffered a stroke and then 2 heart attacks in the last 4 years and every person at Cambridge has treated him like he was their own! I can't say THANK YOU enough! His Wife: Elizabeth

Therapy is great there - however nursing and CNA staff is not up to par. My father presses his call button for help, and has to wait long periods of time for anyone to direct their attention, when I've seen with my own eyes staff just standing around and talking rather than going to help, leading him to getting up on his own, and falling. And this has occurred multiple times. I understand he's not the only patient there, but a person can only wait so long. I'm disappointed.
