Courtney is my favorite. She's so thorough! It's easy to make an appointment and you can tip on a credit card. Never been here longer than 10 minutes (except for the consultation, which the owner described in detail what would happen and what results to expect). Highly recommend for laser! They say it takes between 9 & 11 appointments for all the hair to be completely gone. I had 9 appointments, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The pain doesn't linger afterwards, and it is not unbearable during the procedure (it's not pleasant, but not unbearable--like a hot zap) The squishy stress ball helps, but after the first few appointments, I didn't even need it....read full review
