I've grown up going to this vet. It's been nothing but exceptional experiences even in bad times. They've been very accommodating, very professional, compassionate with very reasonable prices. I've been to many vets in my travels across the country and this place still ranks as the best in my opinion.

I adopted a dog during the height of the pandemic. She needed a physical and heart worm preventative and my vet of over 25 years said they could not see her for 6 months and would NOT prescribe heartworm preventative in the meantime without seeing her, even though the rescue organization gave her a heartworm test at the time of the adoption and I had a negative result in writing. Eastford Animal Clinic was nearby and I called and they took us right away and we were able to get her on heartworm preventative immediately. Amazing vet experience. They get you in quickly, give behavioral recommendations as well as medical ones, office staff are very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Dr. Betsy Japp has personal experience with greyhounds, I always felt like she knew her recommendations within the context of their unique breed differences. I brought multiple of my foster retired racers here as well. Cost is the most affordable possible and completely transparent - none of that feeling guilty for asking the price of something I get other places sometimes.
