I cannot recommend Poolman Pools of East Windsor enough!! They went above and beyond for us! They did beautiful work, cleaned up everything, communicated every step of the way and were always 100% professional. 12 out of 10. Unfortunately, we were in a terrible situation with the first pool company, that has since dissolved. Tate and his team took the disaster that the original company left us with and gave us the pool we have always dreamed of.

Tate and his crew completely re-did our in ground pool a couple of years ago after the walls collapsed on us 2 months after buying our home. Since then, Tate, Mike and his team have been nothing short of amazing in their support to this day. Today I was putting my filter back together and snapped the pressure gauge when screwing if back in. I was freaking out because i have a party planned tomorrow and couldn’t run the pool. After reaching out to Tate and Mike they both responded within 30 mins. Tate went above and beyond to get me the exact gauge I needed, even after they were closed, he made it happen. I’m in the sales field myself and when it comes to customer service this is the type I strive for. This is how you keep lifetime customers. 10/10 guys, thank you.
