“Want to look nice without makeup? Go to Dev at Lithium Lash. This is coming from someone who does about zero maintenance on herself and has never had a facial and only 2 manicures in her lifetime. I have short stubby lashes and am inept at putting on false lashes, so when my first daughter was getting married I thought about getting my lashes done but didn't know where to start.
