Beyond friendly and professional. I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 20 years due to a phobia. The entire staff was aware of this and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I’ve already been for three visits for different procedures in the past 2 month. I think that says it all, I highly recommend!

I have been with Dr Palumbo for over twenty five years. I have recommended many to the office he and Dr Youseff run… all have remarked how happy they made the choice. Staff is so professional and great to work with. All around positive experience!

I hadn't been here for two years due to insurance reason. After having a some what poor experience at another dentist office, East Lyme Family & Cosmetic Dentistry was a breath of fresh air that not all dentist offices were like the one i attended to prior. Actually made me care. Glad to be home.
